Do you offer a free measure and quote? +

Yes — completely free, no obligation, anywhere in Perth. We come to your home, bring fabric samples in your light, take detailed measurements and provide a clear written quote (usually within 24–48 hours of the visit).

What areas of Perth do you service? +

We're based in Clarkson and service the entire Perth metropolitan area. That includes the northern suburbs (Joondalup, Hillarys, Mindarie, Alkimos, Yanchep), central Perth, south of the river (Fremantle, Applecross, Murdoch), eastern suburbs and the Perth Hills.

How long do custom curtains and blinds take? +

Typical lead times from order confirmation to installation:

· Roller blinds: 2–3 weeks
· Roman blinds & venetians: 3–4 weeks
· Custom curtains: 3–5 weeks
· Plantation shutters: 6–8 weeks (imported)

We'll always confirm an exact timeline at the time of quoting and keep you updated through manufacturing.

How much do custom curtains cost? +

Pricing depends entirely on window size, fabric choice and heading style — but to give a rough guide, a quality made-to-measure sheer curtain on a standard window typically starts from a few hundred dollars per panel, including installation. Premium velvets and motorised tracks naturally sit at the higher end.

The best way to get accurate pricing is a free in-home measure — we'll itemise everything room by room.

Which fabrics do you recommend for the WA sun? +

For west and north-facing windows we strongly recommend high-UV-rated fabrics, ideally with a thermal lining. Light-coloured fabrics reflect heat better, while dense weaves and triple-pass blockout coatings dramatically reduce heat transfer.

For sheers, look for fabrics rated for outdoor or sunroom use — they'll hold their colour and structure for years longer than budget options.

Can you motorise curtains and blinds? +

Absolutely — motorisation is one of our most-requested services. We work with leading European motor brands and offer hardwired or rechargeable battery options. Both can integrate with smart-home platforms like Google Home, Apple HomeKit and Alexa, and can be controlled by remote, wall switch or phone.

Battery motors are perfect for retrofits where running cabling isn't practical.

Can I retrofit motorisation to my existing curtains? +

In most cases, yes. We can replace your existing curtain track with a motorised track of the same length, keeping your current curtains. Send us photos and a few measurements (or book a free site visit) and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do your curtains come with a warranty? +

Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from installation. Most premium fabrics carry a 3–5 year manufacturer's warranty, and motorised hardware typically carries 5 years. We'll provide all warranty paperwork on completion.

Do you do commercial fit-outs as well? +

Yes — we work with builders, developers, real estate stylists, short-stay operators and small commercial spaces (offices, beauty salons, medical practices). Get in touch with the brief and we'll arrange a tailored proposal.

How do I care for my new curtains and blinds? +

For curtains: regular light vacuuming with a brush attachment, and professional dry cleaning every 2–3 years for most fabrics.

For blinds: a microfibre duster or damp microfibre cloth keeps them looking fresh. Roller and roman blinds spot-clean well; venetians can be wiped slat by slat.

We provide care instructions in writing for every fabric you choose.

Do you accept payment plans? *

For larger whole-home projects we're happy to discuss staged payments — typically a deposit on order confirmation and balance on installation. Talk to us at quoting stage and we'll work out something that suits.
